My career spans two decades in finance and operations across globally recognised enterprise technology companies, from data systems and cybersecurity to cloud infrastructure and open source software. Working in close partnership with sales and executive leadership, I've spent my career turning business data into insights and strategic direction. I know how enterprise organisations make decisions, where operational inefficiencies hide, and what it takes to build systems that actually hold up under daily use.
I've also worked inside a commercial technology trading operation, on the finance and operations side, which gave me direct exposure to procurement cycles, deal economics, and what it takes to make a margin-driven business run efficiently. I've spent my career advising the people who make the calls, not just implementing what they decide.
In 2025, I completed the Strategic Leadership with AI and ML programme at Singapore Management University's Executive Development centre, formalising what I'd been building in practice: the ability to apply AI strategically inside real business operations, not just talk about it.
